This polling web site was developed by CondoCPA to work with community
associations and Board officers to assist in polling their communities
on relevant issues, such as changing of the by-laws, election of
directors, etc.
Our polling program currently complies with electronic election laws
in Illinois and Florida. However, if your community is in another
state,

your state to see if electronic elections are permitted and will
review what the laws are relating to your community.
